ONLINE APPLICATION PORTAL FOR K.G.I


~ Guidelines and requirements for Verification ~

1. The KG I verification of documents will take place from 22 nd February 2023 to 24 th February 2023 between 8.30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

2. During the time of verification carry original documents separately and Xerox copies separately along with filled in KG I admission form (two copies).

3. Parents must come with :-
   a. Original certificates and their photo copies
      i - Birth Certificate & Aadhar Card of the Child
      ii - Residential Certificate of the Father/Mother
      iii - Mother's Voter ID & Aadhar Card
      iv - Father's Voter ID & Aadhar Card
      v - Category Certificate
   b. Family photo with the child
   c. Two single photos of the child.

4. Both parents along with the child must be present during the verification.

5. Late comers will not be allowed to enter the school premises for the verification.

Selection of Applicants

The School will contact the applicants for interaction and document review via SMS. Please do not contact the school until then.

There are very few seats available, so your cooperation will be appreciated. You will be informed of the status of your application via SMS on the mobile numbers submitted online as part of the application.
